Well, today i ate a lot!
a big bowl of quaker oat plus tofu
a bottle of orange juice---which is consist of 1000 mg of vitamin C and of course, tons of sugar, who knows?
a pcs of choco cheese croissant
a pack of chocolate milk.. *damn!*
2 slices of jelly---another tons of sugar
a glass of syrup that i dont even need 1
and some spoons of Mom's menu today
